Di has worked in nursing for over 30 years and has recently moved over to social work. Di has experience providing support in the disability and mental health sectors, as well as being a trainer in first aid and mental health first aid for St. John’s Ambulance. Di also helps vulnerable people in court, with police interviews, and in prisons through the Justice Advocacy Support service, the Surf Lifesaving Trainer, Assessor, and Facilitator in the Hunter region, and Catholic Care, which feeds and helps homeless people. In her spare time, Di enjoys going to the beach, nature walks, reading, snorkelling, and most importantly spending time with family and friends.
