Support Coordination
Kaeleen is a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Specialist Support Coordinator, mother of twins, grandmother, partner, musician and a catcher of stories – with a deep commitment to nurturing family in all of these roles.
Kaeleen’s career has extensive experience in community development through the arts across Australia engaging with marginalised groups with different abilities, experiencing mental health, domestic violence and sexual assault, Youth at Risk, Seniors and extensively with First Nations, often in Remote Indigenous Communities.
Currently Kaeleen is working on several innovative concepts in the NDIS space as a connector with First Nations driven Culture Connect program – supporting community by community.
Kaeleen integrates her passions engaging and encouraging people to develop skills, explore creative potential and to live and speak their truth.
