Support Coordination

I’m a proud Gamilaraay woman living in Campbelltown, South West Sydney. Since 2024, I’ve been working as a Coordinator of Supports at Jeder Institute. Disability has always been part of my life—through my family, foster care, and my own experiences—which has shaped the way I work: with empathy, advocacy, and practical solutions.
One of the areas I’m most passionate about is helping people navigate the public housing system. I know how much housing affects every part of life, and I focus on helping participants find safe, stable, and sustainable homes. I bring together services, funding, and supports so families and individuals aren’t left trying to manage the system alone. With my NDIS knowledge and experience as a mother of neurodivergent children, I can offer guidance and advocacy that’s practical, grounded, and informed by lived experience.
I genuinely care about the people I work with and believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive. I know how hard it can be for families balancing appointments, therapies, and services, and I aim to take some of that pressure off so carers can focus on what matters most—spending time with their loved ones. Many participants tell me I’m more than a coordinator; I’m someone who helps break down complex systems into manageable steps.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my children, connecting with family, and being on Country—by the beach, the river, or out in the bush. My experiences have shaped me into the determined and compassionate person I am today. I hope for a future where people with disability get the support and funding they need, and where Coordinators can go the extra mile to help participants live full and happy lives.
