Getting IT Support

If you need of IT support, there are several ways in which you can request for help.

Email: Send an email any time with a description of your problem to helpdesk@apacms.com – You will generally receive a response within 24 hours and in most cases, sooner.

Phone: You can connect their support line during 9am – 7pm EST on 1300 688 000 and lodged your issue over the phone. They may be able to help straight away if the issue is a simple problem.
