Work With Us

Join a self-organising, strengths-based self-managing organisation.

The Jeder Institute is a next-stage, self-managing organisation made up of practitioners who work across community development, NDIS services, and participatory leadership.

If you’re passionate about person-centred practice, community-led approaches, and collaborative leadership, we’d love to hear from you.

What It Means to Work With Jeder

Working with the Jeder Institute is different from working in a hierarchical organisation with fixed roles and wages.

At Jeder, members:

  • Build their own work and income streams
  • Choose the working groups and projects they contribute to
  • Collaborate, host, and learn with peers
  • Practise transparency, autonomy, and shared leadership
  • Uphold strong compliance and ethical standards
  • Work from a strengths-based, person-centred, and community-led foundation

You can work from anywhere in Australia and shape your practice in a way that is meaningful to you and the communities you serve.
