An invitation to contribute to the stewardship and future direction of Jeder.

Thank you for your interest in serving on the Jeder Board. This Expression of Interest is for people who are drawn to values-led governance and who are interested in supporting a mostly non-hierarchical, strengths-based organisation through shared leadership and collective responsibility.

This questionnaire helps us understand your experience, perspectives and alignment with the way we work. We are particularly interested in your experience with participatory leadership, community development, governance and the disabilities and NDIS sector.

Submitting this form does not guarantee appointment to the Board. It is the first step in our selection process and allows us to explore whether there is a strong mutual fit for current or future Board opportunities.
