Working With Jeder – Expression of Interest Form

An invitation to explore joining the Jeder community.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Member of the Jeder Institute. This form is for people who are curious about values-led work and who are comfortable growing their contribution over time through initiative, relationships and shared responsibility, rather than stepping into a predefined role.

This is the first step in our recruitment process and a way for us to get to know you a little. We’re interested in what draws you to our work, the experiences you bring, and how you might align with the way we work together. Jeder is a mostly non-hierarchical organisation and we value shared leadership, reflective practice and working in relationship.

This form isn’t a test. It’s an invitation to share a bit about yourself, your interests and what you’re hoping for. Completing it doesn’t guarantee membership or work, however it does place you in our recruitment pool so we can be in touch when there’s a strong fit with current or emerging opportunities.
