May 2026 Gathering
Calling Question: What helps us stay balanced and feel secure as we navigate uncertainty and organisational change?
Overview
Navigating Uncertainty Together: Growth, Belonging and Shared Stewardship
In May, Members from across Jeder came together online for our annual Gathering. Over two days we paused, reflected, shared stories, explored challenges, celebrated achievements and looked ahead to what comes next.
As always, the Gathering was not simply about organisational updates. It was an opportunity to reconnect with one another, deepen relationships and collectively make sense of where we are as an organisation.
This year’s conversations were grounded in our Calling Question: What helps us stay balanced and feel secure as we navigate uncertainty and organisational change?
Throughout the Gathering, Members demonstrated the generosity, honesty and curiosity that continue to define Jeder.
