My name is Natalie, and I live and work on Wiradjuri Land here in the Riverina. I have been working in the disability space since 2018 and have found my passion in the role of Support Coordination. My background in education, training, and investigations has provided me with a strong and versatile skill set, allowing me to bring out the best of my abilities when working alongside members of our community who are living with impairments and disabilities.

Each day brings a new challenge, and I take great pride in supporting participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling, self-directed lives. Their success is truly my reward for being chosen to walk alongside them on their journey.

Outside of work, I love embracing my creative side through millinery, listening to podcasts, reading, and travelling whenever I get the opportunity. These interests help me recharge and bring fresh energy and perspective to the work I am so passionate about.
